Job Description

Forest Lane Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an additional counter person for our Parts Department. We have a fun but fast paced environment. Previous parts experience is a plus but not necessarily with the CDJR line.

Daily duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering retail phones and helping walk in customers.

  • Answering calls from our team of 3service writers in order to get them a proper estimate.

  • Monitoring our electronic parts requisition system from the technicians.

  • Pulling parts and delivering them out to the technician bays in our shop.

  • Working with technicians to ensure they are getting quoted the correct parts for the repair.

  • Working with our warranty department to ensure that we get proper reimbursement.

  • Keeping fast moving parts stocked on the back parts counter.

  • Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.

We have a very experienced parts team here that will be happy to assist with any questions you may have during your workday. This team is hardworking and has a very positive attitude about their jobs and we will expect no less from any new member of the team.

Hours:

  • The parts department is open from 7:00 am 6:00 pm Monday Friday and 8:00 am 2:00 pm on Saturday.

Compensation:

  • $18an hour training pay

  • Commission based structure with anticipated salary range of $60000 $75000 annually
