Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with clients and candidates for various staffing needs.
- Provide detailed information about job opportunities to prospective candidates and answer any queries they may have.
- Maintain uptodate records of all communications and interactions in the company database.
- Assist in the screening and shortlisting process of candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with clients and candidates postinterview to gather feedback and provide updates.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with client needs.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
