Lets Get Down to Business
Capco is looking for talented innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced Technology Project Managers with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on missioncritical projects.
Act as a bridge between business development and QA teams to ensure requirements are well documented & understood.
- 5 years experience with Fiserv.
- Deep understanding of Fiserv APIs including opportunities for API performance improvement (i.e. via the use of Fiserv experience APIs to orchestrate several calls under a single endpoint)
- Manages the daily scrum process as a scrum master ensuring the proper documentation of user stories & pointing of stories is done in Jira.
- Ensure backlog is wellgroomed to prevent sprint velocity slow downs
- Ensure APIs meet industry standards for data security PCI/DSS compliance and financial transaction processing when required
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards using tools like Power BI Tableau or Excel to track key project metrics such as timelines budgets resources and risks.
Ensure dashboards are up to date accurate and aligned with project goals providing clear visibility into project status for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Automate reporting process to streamline project tracking and reduce manual effort.
Show Us What Youve Got
- Degree in Business Finance Project Management Data Analytics or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 6 years if experience as Business Analyst with a focus on strong reporting dashboards and presentations
- Senior BA (standard BA skills including strong requirements gathering and analysis).
- Prefer strong experience in the control room space including employee and firm conflict of interest.
- Prefer strong experience in STAR COMPLIANCE system
