Job Description
Nalco Water an Ecolab company is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our industryleading Nalco Water team. You will be joining a talented team that is responsible for bottling testing solutions and product samples packing testing equipment solutions sample containers and printed material.

What You Will Do:
- Packaging orders consisting of parts and solutions both regulated and nonregulated for both Domestic and International customers.
- Ensure regulated orders are packaged and labeled in accordance with 49CFR IATA dependent on mode transport.
- Working within the SAP system to verify orders provide packing lists COAs and SDSs according to order requirements.
- Provide assistance with other department functions when necessary picking orders creating shipments shipping and receiving.
- Working in a safe manner following all Safety Policies and completing all Safety Training.
- Transports filled orders to and from the warehouse or shipping area.
- Performs general physical activities in the warehouse: loading unloading sorting and moving products and materials manually and using material handling equipment.
- Keep stocked shelves clean and in sequence.
- Perform general cleaning duties.
- CrossTrain and work in various areas within the department.
Position Details:
- Work week and shift: 1st shift 7:00am3:30pm)
- Compensation: $21.00/hr
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have computer skills to include email
- High accuracy with alphanumeric data entry and basic keyboarding skills
- Knowledge of and ability to assemble packages
- Ability to operate forklift
- Attention to detail
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include lifting stooping kneeling crouching reaching balancing walking standing talking and hearing
- Must be able to wear a respirator under certain conditions
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system
- Experience with shipping dangerous goods and hazardous materials
- Experience using MS Outlook
- Experience using FedEx UPS or other shipping software
- Prior HAZMAT training
- Good oral and written skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
