Job Description
A prestigious firm in Los Angelesis seeking a driven and motivated Class Action Attorney. This role involves handling complex highstakes cases focused on consumer fraud breach of privacy wage theft constitutional violations and other related areas.
The ideal candidate is a skilled legal professional with exceptional research writing and oral advocacy abilities. You should thrive under pressure and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct indepth legal research to support case development and strategy
- Draft essential legal documents including motions discovery requests and correspondence
- Prepare for and conduct depositions
- Contribute to mediation and settlement negotiations
- Oversee the litigation process for complex class action cases
- Represent clients in court including motion arguments hearings and trials
Qualifications:
- 03 years of civil litigation experience
- Active and in good standing with the California Bar
- Law review or journal experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
