It will involve working on challenging bids & programmes to bring new technologies to a variety of UK and overseas customer base. It will include the design development build test and trials phases of the programmes. The team are largely based in Crawley.
We are looking for experienced Systems Engineers/Architects who have worked across the entire system lifecycle with an understanding of conceptual or detailed design and development integration and acceptance coupled with a proven capability of delivering system programmes within the Naval Defence industry.
Requirement for an Integrated Communications Systems (ICS) Systems Architect working in the Secure Communications and Information Systems (SIX) UK business line.

Due to the nature of the work that we do at Thales many of our roles are subject to security restrictions. This role requires you to be a sole British National from birth and achieve Security Clearance (SC) without any caveats . It would be advantageous if currently held however if not currently held it is a requirement that the successful applicant undergo achieve and maintain SC Clearance prior to commencing employment.
