Job Description
Specialty Medical Staffing is hiring for a Pharmacy Assistant in the PNW! The opportunity is at a wellrespected hospital and a great next step in your career. If you are interested please apply and we will get in touch with you shortly. The position is as follows:
Summary of the role:
- Perform frontend revenue cycle duties using specific knowledge of medical terminology to investigate insurance benefits and submit authorizations for a variety of infusion and enteral therapies.
- Duties include compiling and recording medical charts reports and correspondence.
- Must be able to work onsite(no remote option available).
- 8:30am5pm MondayFriday
Must Haves:
- Experience with data entry.
- Verification of insurance benefits and/or submitting authorizations.
- WA state pharmacy assistant license.
- Pride in their work.
- Team player.
- Selfsufficient and adaptable.
- Pleasant phone etiquette.
