Position Summary:
Responsible for performing customer service meeting and greeting all new guests which come into the resort. Able to help guests daily with activities which are going on in the resort and activities or events that are going on outside the resort in the area. Concierge will give tours of the clubhouse to potential new buyers in the resort if the salesperson is not available. Concierge will be at the weekly Buzz in the ballroom to give information about events that week and give out flyers with information.
