Job Description
We are working with a client in Southern California to fill a Hybrid Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. This healthcare organization is dedicated to providing accessible highquality medical care to individuals and families often focusing on underserved communities. Duties:
- Will oversee annual budget with strategic financial planning and fiscal leadership.
- Optimize revenue cycle operations and ensure financial sustainability.
- Lead a team of finance and accounting professionals to new heights.
- Manage risk compliance and payer negotiations to ensure maximum reimbursement.
Requirements:
- 10 years of healthcare financial leadership experience
- Masters degree in Accounting Finance or Business (CPA preferred!.
- Proven expertise in budgeting forecasting revenue cycle management and compliance.
- A mix of strategic thinking and handson to drive financial success.
