You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAre you an organised and proactive professional with experience in television resource coordination and administration We are recruiting on behalf of a international media organisation who are seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to join their Londonbased team.
In this dynamic role you will work closely with managers across different departments which could include editorial newsgathering production and technical operations to support the smooth functioning of the business ensuring the effective and efficient allocation of resources in a busy 24 hour live news environment. Your responsibilities will encompass creating and managing accurate staff rotas planning ahead to ensure the needs to the business are met tracking and reporting financial activities including overtime and freelance spend andensuring compliance with internal processes and external regulations. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting project planning coordinating travel and resources and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and contributors.
This position requires exceptional organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. Experience with scheduling systems and financial software is essential along with a good understanding of TV news production.
This is a 5 days a week position covering some weekends on a shift pattern.
