What Youll Do as an Area Relief DSP:
Assist individuals with daily living skills personal care and medication administration.
Follow individualized care plans and adapt to different program environments.
Foster social engagement through recreational and community activities.
Ensure a safe comfortable and inclusive home environment.
Advocate for the rights and wellbeing of individuals served.
What Were Looking For:
A flexible and adaptable mindset comfortable working at different locations as needed.
Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Ability to pass a national background check.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs when necessary.
Valid drivers license & ability to drive company vehicles
