Job Description
Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and milestones.
Allocate resources effectively for labor materials and equipment.
Prepare project estimates and cost forecasts.
Monitor expenses to ensure the project stays within budget. Implement quality assurance standards.
Ensure adherence to construction codes standards and client expectations. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve onsite challenges to avoid delays. Sure projects comply with safety regulations and legal requirements.
Conduct site inspections to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain records of project documentation including contracts permits and progress reports.
Generate detailed project completion reports.
