Job Description
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A BMW AND MINI SERVICE CASHIER:
- A genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.

- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills relevant to calculating processing and reconciling customer invoices payments and dealership deposits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive cash checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
- Filing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and Saturdays
- Hours:
- Monday Friday 10am 7pm
- Saturday 7:45am 4 pm (Rotational)
- Hours:
- Reynolds & Reynolds computer experience a plus
- Excellent phone and inperson communication skills
- Professional personal appearance
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
