Amazon Music is continuing to invest in and expand the livestreaming business with plans to execute against several top festivals single artist shows and series in 2025. We are seeking an entrepreneurial creative and analytical marketing leader to help us scale support for an increased number of monetized events. This role is primarily responsible for supporting senior managers in driving awareness discoverability and tunein of livestreamed and VideoOnDemand musical performances. A successful candidate for this role will be an independent creative problemsolver with great business acumen and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate must also have proven data analysis skills and success increasing customer discovery and adoption of new products as well as be a passionate advocate for customers (for us both artists and fans are customers). You will have strong marketing program management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently under time constraints to deliver results. Given the complexity of the role it will also be important to be operationally strong managing a large number of relationships dependencies and timelines across many teams.
In this role you will:
* Manage general and operations of marketing campaigns that drive awareness and tunein for events
* Support postevent plans as applicable (Video OnDemand marketing artist campaigns etc.
* Manage asset trafficking between Creative and Channel teams
* Write impactful ad copy across various onsite and offsite placements
* Create and implement testing frameworks including A/B tests to optimize creative and campaign targeting
* Partner with internal teams to build out marketing plans that span onAmazon offAmazon and social channels
* Provide insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics historical data and trend reporting
* Use analytical insights to report on campaign performance and create actionable strategies that help increase effectiveness of future campaigns
Basic qualifications
* 3 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
* Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
* Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and identify improvements
* Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
* Experience presenting metrics and progress to goals to senior leadership
Preferred qualifications
* Comfortable with handson management of tasks and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
* Ability to think and lead in a highenergy fastpaced environment
* Technical aptitude and agility to manage webbased tools
* Solid communication skills and comfort with presenting ideas verbally in writing and graphically

4 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience using customer research hard data and metrics to back up assumptions generate forecasts and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email web analytics and CRM (Marketo Tableau Salesforce etc. for targeting segmentation reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
