As we continue to expand we are seeking talented Development Engineers in India to join our team and contribute to building storage solutions for the most dataintensive applications. If you have a strong background in Linuxbased software development and a passion for cuttingedge technology we want to hear from you!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new features for our highperformance storage platforms.
- Maintain and enhance existing software solutions.
- Analyze and resolve software bugs across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers and distributed teams to understand product requirements.
- Contribute to technical documentation and product validation.
- Optimize performance for specific use cases and deployment environments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software development with C in Linux environments.
- 3 years of experience working with enterpriseclass storage HPC systems or distributed systems.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Parallel File Systems especially Lustre is a plus.
- Experience with Linux networking kernel VFS IO subsystems and Ext4 file system is preferred.
- Handson experience with Git JIRA Jenkins Gerrit and GitHub is a plus.

Interview Process: After submitting your application one of our recruiters will review your resume. If your application passes this stage you will be invited to a 30minute interview during which a member of our team will ask some basic questions. If you clear the interview you will enter the main process which can consist of up to four interviews in total:
- Coding assessment: Often in a language of your choice.
- Systems design: Translate highlevel requirements into a scalable faulttolerant service (depending on role).
- Realtime problemsolving: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problemsolving session.
- Meet and greet with the wider team.
- Our goal is to finish the main process in 23 weeks at most.
