L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will support our clients project and will hold the following responsibilities:
Use recognized business analysis methodologies to elicit requirements from business users.
Attend meetings facilitate and requirements sessions with team members.
Communicate efficiently the business process requirements to IT staff program staff and stakeholders.
Develop and document Business Requirements.
Develop analyze and revise system diagrams (flowcharts state diagrams strategy maps etc. as needed on the project.
Ensure that requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at the analysis and testing phases.
Track and fully document changes for functional and business specifications.
Demonstrate Business Analyst processes and techniques to other team members.
Participate in developing test plans for the project to ensure that program requirements are met.
Create status reporting mechanism to monitor the status of the above activities.
Details:
7 years of experience using fundamental Business Analyst processes methodologies tools and techniques and adapting them to the organization.
7 years of experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements/rules from project participants.
7 years of experience in ensuring that requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at the analysis and testing phase.
7 years of experience in analyzing and revising system diagrams (use cases flowcharts state diagrams strategy maps etc. as needed on the project.
5 years of experience in facilitation of gathering requirements from 30 or more project participants including tracking and communicating those requirements.
