Job Description

As Executive Chef leading you will lead culinary operations across three unique dining outlets and 14000 square feet of banquet space. Oversee menu development kitchen operations and a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Manage highvolume banquet events for up to 500 guests ensuring toptier quality presentation and efficiency. Responsible for cost control vendor relations and maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation. Seeking a dynamic creative leader with a passion for excellence in hospitality.

As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resorts culinary program from menu development to . You will create innovative seasonal menus for all dining outlets and banquet events while ensuring consistency in food quality presentation and taste. Staying ahead of industry trends you will incorporate fresh ideas and techniques to enhance the guest experience.

In addition to menu development you will play a critical role in executing largescale banquets weddings corporate events and private functions. Working closely with the banquet and events teams you will ensure flawless service for up to 500 guests while maintaining efficiency quality and attention to detail.

Operational and financial management are also key aspects of this role. You will oversee food costs labor expenses and inventory to maximize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation. By developing and enforcing standard operating procedures you will ensure kitchen efficiency and compliance with health regulations. Sourcing highquality ingredients and managing vendor relationships will also be essential in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Leadership and team development will be at the heart of your responsibilities. You will mentor and inspire a team of culinary professionals fostering a culture of teamwork accountability and passion for hospitality. Training and development will be a priority to ensure a motivated and highperforming team that consistently meets and exceeds guest expectations.
