Job Description

A prestigious AmLaw 100 firm is actively seeking an attorney to join its Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice in San Francisco CA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex litigation matters including toxic tort habitability and environmental cases in state federal and administrative courts.

Qualifications:

  • 17 years of litigation experience preferably in toxic tort habitability or environmental law.
  • Strong research writing and case management skills.
  • Experience handling hearings depositions arbitrations and trials.
  • Admission to the California Bar is required.
