- Labor & Employment Attorney Transactional
We are currently seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to enhance our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility to customize your focus between litigation and transactional work based on your preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel in labor and employment law compliance and litigation.
- Represent clients in administrative hearings with the EEOC and DOL.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies for laborrelated issues.
- Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience in labor and employment law.
- Proven track record in compliance counseling and litigation.
- Active membership in good standing with the California Bar.
