Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Chat Support Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a Customer Chat Support Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer chats in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer inquiries and issues
Provide excellent customer service via chat
Meet performance goals and participate in coaching and training
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a rotational shift (with rotational week off)
12th pass/Graduate
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
