Job Description
Description of the role:
The Used Car Director at Serra Automotive Group will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the used car department within the company. This role requires strategic planning effective management and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to increase used car sales and profitability
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and inventory management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales and management
- Strong knowledge of the used car market trends and pricing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and make datadriven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
