What success looks like in this role:
Unisys will provide personnel and technical support to continue the function of Global ICT Logistics. This function will require close integration with all personnel within the ICT Contracts and Asset Management Division ICT Strategy and Investment Management Branch.
- Retain an NV1 Security Clearance.
- Receipting and tracking of ICT assets assets and stock requirements such as consumables both Low and High Side both domestic and international.
- The management of inventories invoices registers.
- Performs server and storage break and fix.
- Provides support for Enterprise products
- The preparation and dispatching of ICT assets assets and stock requirements such as consumables both domestic and international.
- The application of asset information to ICT asset systems (i.e. asset tags serial numbers bar codes user persona processor speed RAM system model Image revision etc..
- The monitoring and application of Remedy (Service Management Tool) updates and requests such as the maintenance of all Configuration Management Database (CMDB) creations updates and responding to assetrelated service requests.
- The conduct of initial configuration/imaging of all inscope OS/devices iOS devices android devices and Apple Macs.
- Forklift licence qualification.
- The receipt monitoring and tracking of the decommissioning of all inscope OS/devices iOS devices android devices and Apple Macs as needed.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- NV1 Clerance is required for this role.
- 46 years of handson technical experience
- Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes polytechnic and/or military technical school/universities and/or applicable related technical experience.
- Bachelors degree or Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes polytechnic and/or military technical school/universities and/or applicable related technical experience
