Position Overview:
The purpose of the Physical Therapist is to do all thats needed to provide exceptional therapy to children and families.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited APTA program for Physical Therapy
- Holds a current license as a Physical Therapist issued by the state of Kentucky
- One or more years of pediatric experience
- Ability to collaborate and work in a teambased atmosphere
- Motivated to meet productivity targets and contribute to company growth
- Solid work history and consistent attendance
- Ability to effectively & professionally communicate verbally and in documentation
- Experience with or desire to learn Telehealth
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Ability to work in a fastpaced physically active environment
Accountability and Performance Measures:
- Supports the Marshall Pediatric Therapy mission by: Helping Families Build Skills for Life.
- Provides skilled evaluation & treatment for children with a range of diagnoses ages 021 years
- Maintains and manages a fulltime caseload with a target of 72.5 productivity
- Educates families/caregivers on home program strategies to increase success
- Participates in continuing education in order to lead the community with new treatment and evaluation techniques
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with families colleagues referral sources and community agencies
- Manages administrative responsibilities such as timely documentation per discipline guidelines and productivity tracking.
