Summary
To support the Export Control team we are looking for an Export Control Manager (f/m/d) at the Ulm site or alternatively at our site in Taufkirchen / Munich as soon as possible.The Export Control department ensures compliance with laws and regulations related to export control and is an important part of the standards and principles of integrity responsible and sustainable corporate governance at HENSOLDT. The team works closely with internal and external departments and is responsible for compliance with all national and international laws and regulations.
Your Tasks
Ensuring compliance with national European and US export control regulations
Independent and autonomous assessment of export control tasks
Application administrative management and monitoring (including monitoring of conditions and deadlines) of export licenses
Defining requirements for the project and specialist departments
Responsibility for the implementation of and compliance with legal and internal export control requirements
Ensuring a smooth export control process and preventing delays additional costs sanctions and penalties
Analyzing legal licensing issues planning procedures accordingly and initiating necessary measures for the approval of export projects
Your Profile
Completed technical legal or commercial studies or relevant professional training with corresponding professional experience or comparable
Experience in the technical legal and / or commercial area of an industrial company
Experience in the security and defense industry advantageous
Knowledge of export control (German foreign trade law EU dualuse US export control)
Sound SAP knowledge advantageous
Independent and extremely responsible way of working
Analytical mindset and solutionoriented approach
Very good knowledge of German and English
