We are currently looking for a IAM (Identity and Access Management) Junior Process Contributor ready to join our adventure share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.What you will be doing
Your responsibilities:
- Support in Identity and Access Control Management: Assist in managing and maintaining the organisations identity and access management (IaAM) processes
- Access Control Auditing: Contribute to regular auditing and monitoring of access controls ensuring that all users have appropriate permissions and identifying any unauthorised access
- User Lifecycle Management: Support the onboarding offboarding and access review processes for employees and thirdparty users ensuring that identity management processes are followed
- Incident Reporting and Response: Assist in identifying and reporting incidents related to access control and identity management helping to mitigate risks and ensure quick remediation
- Documentation and Compliance: Contribute to maintaining and updating documentation related to IaAM processes ensuring full transparency
Skills you should have
- Previous experience in identity and access management or related areas is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Fluency in English
