Role description;- Goal; Drive revenue growth/pipeline through increased winrates and GTM teams effectiveness
- Covering 20 FTE all global Sales Customer Succes BDR PreSales Renewals HR and L&D
- Develop and implement metricsdriven GTM enablement strategy alinged with OKRs
- Creating & managing GTM programs tools (Gong) and content (playbooks training onboarding)
- Analyse GTM performance & market trends identity areas of improvement career progression plans
- Reporting into Cara Head of Sales Ops & Strategy (based in UK shes great!

Must haves:- 4 years experience in Sales Enablemement Sales Training Enterprise Sales (Leadership)
- Senior enough to be autonomous add value to Caras profile inspire a senior sales team
- Naturally curious up to date on SaaS GTM approaches with datadriven approach
Nice to haves:- Industry experience either Monitoring/Observability or Financial Services
- Someone whos a real thought leader in the SaaS GTM community
- Familiar with MEDDIC and/or SPICED methodologies
Salary range & secondary benefits:up to 100k base 10 stretch) 1020 bonus
