Role:Global GTM Enablement Lead
Location:London

WFH policy:Hybrid (ideally 2 days p/w in office

Product:Nextgen realtime Monitoring & Observability for Hybrid IT environments
Size and functions of local team:400 in total 80 in London Caras Ops team is 7Role description;
  • Goal; Drive revenue growth/pipeline through increased winrates and GTM teams effectiveness
  • Covering 20 FTE all global Sales Customer Succes BDR PreSales Renewals HR and L&D
  • Develop and implement metricsdriven GTM enablement strategy alinged with OKRs
  • Creating & managing GTM programs tools (Gong) and content (playbooks training onboarding)
  • Analyse GTM performance & market trends identity areas of improvement career progression plans
  • Reporting into Cara Head of Sales Ops & Strategy (based in UK shes great!

  • 400 FTE $100mio ARR backed by Montagu (PE) founded 1997
  • 4500 clients incl. IBM CocaCola LG Capgemini Johnson & Johnson
  • Big foucs on Financial Services 9/10 largest Investment Banks are clients
Growth perspective:global role large GTM team no leadership perspectiveMust haves:
  • 4 years experience in Sales Enablemement Sales Training Enterprise Sales (Leadership)
  • Senior enough to be autonomous add value to Caras profile inspire a senior sales team
  • Naturally curious up to date on SaaS GTM approaches with datadriven approach
Nice to haves:
  • Industry experience either Monitoring/Observability or Financial Services
  • Someone whos a real thought leader in the SaaS GTM community
  • Familiar with MEDDIC and/or SPICED methodologies
Salary range & secondary benefits:up to 100k base 10 stretch) 1020 bonus
