The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for TruckSmarters growing factoring business. This role requires excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills strong sales pipeline management and the ability to work well in a team environment. This role will work closely with prospective clients to understand their financing needs and develop customized factoring solutions to meet those needs.

The annual On Target Earnings (OTE) range for the target level for this role is $65000$salary and 30 commission) equity benefits (listed below).
Working model: TruckSmarter offers an inoffice collaborative culture. This role is based out of our downtown Chicago office and requires inoffice presence three days per week (typically Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays).

Manage pipeline of prospective clients and own the qualifying onboarding and activation stages of the customer lifecycle
Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain ongoing relationships with current clients
Work closely with clients to understand their trucking business and assist them with the onboarding process
Stay uptodate on logistics industry trends regulations and best practices related to factoring and alternative financing solutions
Bachelors degree in business or a related field
2 years of quotacarrying experience in sales or business development preferably in the logistics or financial services industry
Strong understanding of financial products and alternative financing solutions including factoring and trucking
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
Proficiency with relevant software systems and tools including Microsoft Excel customer relationship management software (Salesforce) or customer success ticketing (Zendesk) experience a plus
