About the Role:
- Location: Burlington Vermont
- Psychiatrist
- Provides outpatient mental health services and appropriate followup
- Provides consultation and case discussions to primary care providers to support psychiatric care within the primary care setting
- Provides clinical supervision for nursing staff as assigned for triage medication refills referrals and nursing services visits
- Provides appropriate teaching to trainees such as medical students resident physicians nurse practitioner students and nursing students
- Coordination documentation and continuity of care for risk management
- Participates in quality assurance and quality improvement efforts
Background:
Board Eligible / Board Certified Psychiatry
Able to hold a Vermont state medical license
