- What youll do:
- Execute the onboarding process for the drivers while making sure all required
- documents and information are collected.
- Responsible for the data quality management and drivers documents Storage.
- Maintain the internal dashboard as well as the archive up to date.
- Assist in identifying areas of improvement in our onboarding process
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure internal KPIs are met.
- Brainstorm ideas and critically rethink every process all the time.
What Youll Need :
Good communicator and listener
A natural problem solver with the ability to get handson in a complex operational
environment
A team player punctual confident friendly and loves to help others
A competent computer user
Good time and selfmanagement with the ability to prioritize and multitask
