PartTime Heavy Equipment Operator Multiple Locations
Company Overview:
Missouri Organic Recycling is a leading recycling company dedicated to sustainability. We specialize in processing brush and yard waste as well as producing and selling highquality mulch soils compost and other landscape materials for both wholesale and retail customers.
We are currently seeking a PartTime Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at several of our locations. This role is ideal for individuals who are experienced in operating heavy machinery and enjoy working in an outdoor environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Safe Equipment Operation: Operate a frontend loader and skid steer safely and efficiently to load bulk materials (mulch soil compost etc. into customer trucks and trailers.
Yard Maintenance: Maintain bulk yard organization by keeping materials properly stocked and removing debris or trash from the yard.
Equipment Upkeep: Perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment such as cleaning checking fluid levels and reporting any mechanical issues.
Customer Service: Assist customers by safely loading their vehicles providing guidance on product selection when needed and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Follow Instructions: Carry out tasks as directed by supervisors ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support yard operations and maintain a clean organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Must prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.
Experience operating a frontend loader and skid steer is required.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong customer service skills and a professional friendly demeanor.
Ability to interact effectively with both customers and team members.
Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays 7:30 AM 5:00 PM).
