Responsibilities:
- Legal Advocate: Represent clients in toxic tort cases with an emphasis on asbestos and mesothelioma law.
- Case Investigator: Conduct comprehensive investigations to uncover evidence of toxic exposure and its impact on clients health and property.
- Client Counselor: Provide expert legal advice and empathetic support to clients ensuring they understand their rights and options throughout the litigation process.
- Courtroom Champion: Present compelling arguments in court using your legal expertise to secure justice and compensation for those affected by environmental hazards.
- Settlement Negotiator: Skillfully negotiate settlements that provide maximum compensation for clients suffering from toxic exposure.
Requirements:
- Licensed Attorney: Active OR bar license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation with a focus on toxic torts or environmental law preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in legal research case analysis and evidence gathering.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively to clients judges and juries.
- Resilient and Dedicated: Ability to handle challenging cases with determination and maintain resilience under pressure.
