Responsibilities
- Process Cancellation requests from Customers and Banks which includes the following:
- Log all incoming requests in Excel
- Log all incoming Phone Calls for followup
- Cancel products on Vendor websites and/or by email
- Track progress of all cancellations
- Verify Customer and Lien information
- Process Refund Checks to Banks and Customers
- Post Journal Entries as needed
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to Banks Customers and Internal Managers
- Provide Status Reports as instructed by Manager
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive experience preferred but not required
- Highly organized and eagerness tolearn
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Work with all levels of employee
- Valid drivers license
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to Banks Customers and Internal Managers
- Provide Status Reports as instructed by Manager
