Job Description
- Work assigned number of hours on a regular basis (if applicable)
- Manage team leads
- Manage labor budget in assigned area.
- Put together strategy if over budget how to come into alignment
- Manage employee hours on digital time cards
- Schedules employees for new and existing contracted work
- Assist in building the management team as the need arises and the budget allows under the direction of the General Manager
- Generate nightly and weekly reports concerning assigned area
- Must follow performance objectives under the direction of the Director of Operation
- Attend staff meetings held weekly accounting for time tasks complete tasks yet to complete problem solve with owner(s)
- Every and all aspects of managing the general operation of the business in your area
- Work necessary hours to perform the above duties and any other duties not listed but required for the business to be successful.
- Must be able to work mornings. some evenings and some Sundays. This position will require you to be on call.
