Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Traveling Superintendent with expertise in tiltwall construction for largescale warehouse distribution and cold storage projects exceeding 200000 sq. ft. This role requires a proven leader who can manage field operations maintain schedules enforce safety and ensure highquality project delivery across multiple job sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee groundup construction of large industrial facilities specializing in tiltwall and concrete panel construction.
  • Manage onsite activities ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to company standards.
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors vendors and site personnel to maintain smooth operations.
  • Enforce all safety regulations OSHA standards and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Work closely with project managers engineers and clients to maintain project goals and resolve field issues.
  • Maintain project schedules budgets and quality control through site monitoring and daily reporting.
  • Conduct preconstruction meetings inspections and punch list completion for final turnover.
  • Travel extensively to oversee projects across multiple locations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in largescale warehouse distribution and cold storage projects.
  • Extensive expertise in tiltwall construction and large concrete structures.
  • Proven track record of managing industrial projects over 200000 sq. ft.
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling software safety compliance and quality control.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints plans and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required by project assignments.
  • OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).
