We are looking for an enthusiastic selfstarter with outstanding communication and problemsolving skills to provide a high level of service to IBKRs global existing and prospective institutional clients (including banks hedge funds financial advisors and brokers) via telephone ticket and live chat. Being bilingual in English and French is preferred.
We pride ourselves on building and maintaining longterm client relationships while providing a seamless onboarding experience for our clients as we continue expanding our global product and service offerings. Your contribution will play a crucial role in this supporting clients with any technical or traderelated queries and thereby cultivating lasting professional relationships. We require you to be proficient in English with additional languages a plus.
