The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Skidmore College invites applications for two fulltime Visiting Assistant Professors for the 202526 and 202627 academic years. Each is a twoyear position involves teaching 18 contact hours per year which is typically a 3:2 course load. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience. The successful candidate will be able to teach entry and intermediatelevel courses in our mathematics curriculum including courses in the calculus sequence and linear algebra.
Qualifications: A doctorate (or ABD status) in mathematics or a closely related field is required.
