SUNY Onondaga Community College located in Syracuse NY is currently recruiting for a Electromechanical FT Tenure Track Faculty
The Engineering Science and Technology Department has a fulltime tenure track faculty position open. Major responsibilities of this position include collegelevel teaching of Electrical and Electromechanical (Mechatronics) courses and laboratories in content areas such as circuit design and analysis digital electronics microprocessor programmable logic controllers robotics (FANUC and UR) industrial automation motion and motor control project management and other typical electromechanical technical areas. Additional responsibilities include academic advising curriculum development participation on committees and collaboration with colleagues to assess student learning outcomes.
The successful candidate will be qualified to teach several of the following classes and labs:

Knowledge of electromechanical applications in demand by local industry is also valued including but not limited to: hydraulics & pneumatics robotics soldering & electronic assembly electrical test & measurement mechanical assembly techniques motors & controllers sensors & machine vision and industrial control systems.
