The Opportunity:
We currently have an opening for a Store Leader/Manager to join our Burnaby store located at: 1050 Boundary Rd. If you are an energetic sales focused individual that is committed to excellent customer service then we want to hear from you!
As the Store Leader your objectives are:
- Training and coaching a team of up to 15 staff members to meet and exceed store sales goals.
- Providing excellent customer service by enforcing policies and procedures set out by the company
- Authorizing all merchandise exchanges and refunds.
- Assisting in merchandising and maintenance of the store.
- Assisting in maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Taking special order measurements.
- Ensuring that daily opening and closing checklist tasks are completed.
- Closing the store including securing the store each evening cashing out the registers and downloading terminals.
- Verifying daily balance report and completing bank deposits
- Other duties may be assigned
What Youll Bring to the Team:
- 2 years of retail experience in a management position
- Ability to work independently and also thrive in a teamoriented and fastpaced environment
- Must have moderate to advanced computer skills including pointof sale devices and systems
