Job Description

CorrectHealth currently has an exciting fulltime opportunity to join our growing team as a RN Quality Improvement Coordinatorin Savannah GA!

*Competitive Salary up to $90K per year based on experience.

In doing so we have developed the right way the Correct Way as we like to call it of providing correctional healthcare.

Currently CorrectHealth provides high quality costeffective comprehensive healthcare services inside the walls of more than 35 correctional facilities throughout Georgia and Louisiana.

Job Summary

The CQI Coordinator is a registered professional nurse with proven leadership ability responsible for
developing a facility total CQI program to include; establishing and overseeing a multidisciplinary CQI
team. Possess the ability to develop CQI audit tools consistent with CorrectHealth Policy & Procedures
and established correctional guidelines/ standards. Provides strong analyticaldecisionmaking skills to
support continuous improvement and identifies and resolves key risk issues. Facilitates CQI related
educational activities for healthcare staff. Must have good organizational and strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Holds and maintains licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment. BSN preferred.
  • Corrections experience preferred. 35 years of administrative/supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal analytical problem solving data collection and decisionmaking skills required.
  • Strong computer skills required including extensive in Excel and reporting tools.
