About the Opportunity
OBJECTIVE:
Maintain and increase sales of fertilizer products to independent retail and nonaffiliated cooperatives in the midwest. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
OUR EXPECTATIONS ARE THAT YOU:
- Work in conjunction with the Plant Foods division to grow fertilizer sales
- Work with the Plant Foods division to increase overall margin
- Provide market intelligence to the Plant Foods division
- Meet sales quotas for plant foods to noncompany owned and dealers
- Make personal sales calls

- Can demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Have the ability to create and maintain professional working relationships
HIGHLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BRING:
- BS degree or minimum two years marketing/sales experience within the fertilizer industry
