- Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Recruit train and mentor service technicians and advisors.
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze daily receipts to ensure accuracy and provide insights to upper management.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable local state and federal regulations.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager role within an auto repair facility or dealership service department.
- Education: Bachelors degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong leadership communication and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge: Indepth understanding of automotive industry trends and best practices.
- License: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Screening: Must successfully complete background check.
