Anaplan is hiring a Senior Manager / Director to lead our Professional Services Delivery Center in India. This is a businesscritical position within our professional services function to build and lead the India Delivery Center. The focus of this role is twofold:
- Positioning creating delivering and refining a team of deep Anaplan experts in Supply Chain and Financial Planning with the ability to expand into other domains such as GTM Operational Workforce planning and beyond.
- Supporting the broader Anaplan Professional Services Team through activities specific to gotomarket staffing capacity management codelivery with our Partners and the growth and enablement of Anaplan and Partner team members.
Youll operate as someone who is not afraid to advise a customer partner and/or your team members on best practices for success. It means you need to take all your experience as a leader in business process technology and customer management and combine them to guide and lead the customer partners and your team members to an appropriate solution and outcome; at times this will require the need to redirect a customer partner or team member in the most thoughtful way possible in order for them to ensure delivery success timely delivery and best practice alignment.
You will be required to maintain KPIs in partnership with other leaders across the globe to ensure consistent customer outcomes maintain delivery quality and meet business objectives. Major KPIs include:
- Staffing and Utilization of Team Members
- Customer Implementation Health
- Enablement of Anaplan and Partner resources
- Planning and of quarterly team deliverables
Your Impact
- Building and reinforcing best practices across active implementations to ensure customer readiness data readiness solid solution design build best practices performance optimization solution scalability and usability for our customers.
- Using your spirit and tenacity to drive excellence throughout the entire customer lifecycle; ensuring the optimal solution driving timely outcomes contributing to onbudget implementations and assisting with enablement adoption and expansion postlive.
- Bringing together and collaborating with various crossfunctional teams to guide diverse skills comprised of customer resources implementation partner resources and Anaplan employees from project inception through golive.
- Driving delivery best practices vision mentorship insights and advice to a team of Anaplan Solution Architects and Partner teams who are leading and working on several projects simultaneously.
- Focus on continual improvement of team members methodology and approaches to improve efficiency via process automation or other means.
- Spot and identify additional opportunities for customer adoption and expansion and bring this to the attention of the Delivery Leadership Customer Success and/or Sales organization promptly.
- Coach mentor and spend considerable time with team members to ensure they onboard and ramp up quickly on their specific domain area(s) while developing themselves personally and professionally.
- Maintain weekly biweekly and monthly cadence calls with various stakeholders reviewing active implementations where the team is engaged specifically the implementation success factors milestones and engagement health; and outlining action plans to mitigate issues and risks.
- Maintain weekly biweekly and monthly cadence calls with team members to help them track manage and drive the implementations and projects they support.
- Actively recruiting new talent to join the Delivery Center team as it grows.
Your Qualifications
- You must possess a successful track record of a minimum of 8 years experience leading software delivery projects and facilitating solution design best practices with at least 4 years of experience in a Professional Services delivery organization implementing Anaplan or a complex multiproduct solution.
- Passion for solution design building best practices for delivery and supporting team members in project delivery issue and risk mitigation techniques.
- A customer servicesorientated background ideally with Enterprise Performance Management Software Infrastructure Support and/or multidimensional modelling (Anaplan platform expertise is strongly preferred) in one or more of the following domains: Supply Chain Finance or Sales.
- Strong program and project management experience coordinating multiple disciplines resources and priorities.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Ability to constantly exceed SLAs and improve processes.
- Ability to scope and help team members scope/assess client engagements at any stage of an implementation.
- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Strong client leadership skills with Executive Level communication experience.
- Travel (up to 2550 may be expected across the region to support active implementations.
