Job Description
Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess you will be the first point of contact for guests providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they arrive
Seat guests and provide menus
Manage reservations and waitlist
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
Maintain cleanliness of the reception area
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
Compensation:
$17.50 per hour
