Job Description
Reports To: Vice President
Position Description: Responsible for providing therapies to individuals couples groups and families to promote ideal mental health and the Healing Heart Center. Fulltime or parttime positions available.
- Meet with clients regularly to provide counseling treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances
- Responsible for referring clients to specialists as necessary
- Establish positive trusting rapport with clients
- Serve as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations
- Assist with insurance processes and client account collections
- Change method and degree of therapy when indicated by client reactions and needs.
- Conduct trainings as needed virtually or in person
- Assist clients into the relaxation rooms
- Perform other duties as assigned

Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Understanding of personnel and compliance records management; ability to maintain confidentiality
Maintains CEUs as required for continued active registration
Ability to employ flexibility and creativity in the face of ambiguity and challenge
Education and Experience Requirements:
Licensed LCPC LCSW or LISW also willing to accept LMHCT and LMSW Candidates ready to complete their supervision plan for permanent LMHC or LISW licensure
Graduate from an accredited masters social work or behavioral health education program
Masters degree required
