Job Description

Responsibilities

Properly managing all operations of the kitchen.

Upholding the highest standards of food safety food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of staff and guests.

Overseeing and ensuring that all company systems and policies are maintained at all times.

Manages all quality aspects in the kitchen.

Qulaified condidates will possess the following traits:

The highest standards of honesty and integrity.

Confidence in your abilities and detailoriented.

A team player with excellent communication skills.

Joy out of making people happy and the ability to have fun while working

A love and passion for the hospitality industry.

23 years working as a Chef or Sous Chef. (preferably in high volume restaurants)

Compensation:

$$ Negotiable commensurate with experience
