As a New Business Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selfgenerating pipeline and acquiring new midmarket customers. This is a hunterstyle sales role requiring a proactive approach to prospecting outreach and closing new business opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract ensuring a strategic and consultative sales process.
You will work closely with Ideagens PreSales Solutions Consultants and the wider sales team to identify and convert highvalue prospects. The role requires strong pipeline management a deep understanding of SaaS sales methodologies and the ability to articulate the value of platforms such as Plant Assessor OpCentral OnePlace Damstra Mail Manager and other Ideagen solutions
Selfgenerated pipeline Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting networking and strategic outreach.
Full sales cycle management Own the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract .
New business acquisition Build relationships with key stakeholders educate prospects on Ideagen solutions and drive customer conversions.
Outbound prospecting Leverage cold calls emails LinkedIn outreach events and industry networking to generate highquality leads.
Pipeline management & forecasting Maintain a structured sales pipeline with accurate deal tracking and revenue forecasting in Salesforce and HubSpot.
Consultative sales approach Understand client pain points and position Ideagens solutions as a strategic fit for their business needs.
Sales strategy Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine prospecting strategies and improve conversion rates.
Commercial & deal structuring Manage pricing discussions contract negotiations and commercial agreements to successfully close deals.
New business sales experience Minimum 2 years in SaaS sales business development or a similar role with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and selfgenerated pipeline.
Proven track record of success Demonstrated ability to generate new business build pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets.
CRM expertise Experience managing pipelines forecasting and tracking opportunities in Salesforce or HubSpot.
Consultative sales approach Skilled in engaging decisionmakers uncovering pain points and tailoring solutions to client needs.
Sales methodologies knowledge Familiarity with MEDDPICC SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales is a plus.
Negotiation & closing skills Ability to structure and negotiate deals that deliver value for both clients and Ideagen.
Strong communication & presentation skills Comfortable engaging with Clevel executives and senior stakeholders.
