Job Description

We are seeking to employ inspiring and experienced Tutors of Piano and Guitar in casual roles commencing Term 2 2025 at our Timbertop Campus. The roles consist of tutoring in both small group and 1:1 contexts.
The successful applicants require:
- A current Victorian WWCC (Employment) and a National Police Records Check
- A proven record of excellence in tutoring and performance skills gained through training or experience
- A dynamic manner with the ability to relate well to students of all abilities and to communicate effectively with students parents and staff
- Experience in tuition of individual students and small groups within our Classroom Instrumental Programme.
- Participation in rehearsals concerts and Music events
- Ensemble direction and conducting skills will be considered advantageous
- VIT registration and a music education or tertiary music degree will be highly desired
- In the eventuation of a formal interview candidates should expect to be observed tutoring several 1 to 1 lessons with students ranging in experience
