To meet the critical needs of our clients RSM US LLP has established the Security & Privacy Risk Consulting practice comprising over 300 professionals dedicated to cybersecurity. Our experienced consultants are located globally in the US Canada India and El Salvador assist clients in preventing detecting and responding to security threats that could impact their critical systems and data. We serve a diverse range of industries and are trusted for our expertise in Cyber Compliance Cyber Strategy Cyber Transformation and Cyber Testing & Response.

We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our Security Privacy & Risk practice focusing on operational resilience (enterprise risk crisis management business continuity disaster recovery cyber incident response) with the ability to contribute to cybersecurity frameworks and data protection projects across multiple industries. The Supervisor in Data Protection & Risk will oversee the delivery of various resilience and cybersecurity services while understanding the specific risks related to natural and manmade disasters and cyber events impacting our clients. This role involves helping organizations establish operational resilience programs with supporting documentation and effective data protection programs to safeguard sensitive data and assets.

Ideal candidates should possess a range of skills including performing and overseeing resilience program assessments in crisis management business continuity disaster recovery and cyber incident response (e.g. FFIEC FINRA ISO 22301 DORA); cybersecurity governance assessments (e.g. PCI ISO 27001 HIPAA HITRUST CSF FedRAMP FISMA CMMC MARSE NIST SP 80053 NIST CSF); and designing and implementing operational resilience programs. Additionally experience in managing a team is highly desirable.

Responsibilities will be based on background but will typically include:

• Oversee the delivery and management of diverse operational resilience and cybersecurity engagements to include cyber continuity across multiple industries and team members ensuring the production of highquality work that meets client expectations.
• Manage and expand key client accounts and relationships to drive the transformation of clients operational resilience and cybersecurity agendas.
• Communicate effectively with client management and project leaders to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Cultivate deep client relationships to consistently exceed satisfaction levels.
• Support new business development activities as outlined in the goalsetting process.
• Conduct operational resilience and cybersecurity governance and compliance assessments against various regulatory and industry standards including but not limited to the FFIEC FINRA DORA NIST SP 80053 NIST CSF ISO 22301 ISO 27001 HIPAA/HITECH HITRUST CSF Privacy and Cyber Resilience.
• Assist clients in designing and implementing cyber continuity and cybersecurity remediation strategies to enhance the overall maturity of their cyber resilience programs by identifying suitable downtime procedures technologies policies and organizational structures.
• Clearly articulate findings observations and recommendations to senior management and clients both in writing and verbally.
• Identify and recommend project improvement opportunities for assigned clients.

Required qualifications:

• 5 years of relevant experience in operational resilience business continuity emergency preparedness and response or equivalent academic experience with an advanced degree.
• .Technical expertise and the ability to discuss topics in one or more of the following areas: continuity strategies related to a cyber event IT governance and risk management thirdparty management incident response and standard network and IT security components.
• Familiarity with key compliance standards and regulations such as FFIEC FINRA DORA ISO 22301 ISO 27001 NIST SP 80053 NIST CSF.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record in a professional services firm large consultancy or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively especially with crossfunctional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business emergency management (or related field) information technology Cybersecurity or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Certifications in business continuity such as CBCP ACBP or cybersecurity such as CISSP CISM or CISA.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 to client sites for various engagements
