Job Title: Operations and Admin Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations and Admin Assistant to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

As an Operations and Admin Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations. You will provide essential administrative support to various departments contributing to the overall success of the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a prestigious legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to fee earners and support staff.
  • Manage and maintain office systems and procedures.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails letters and phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate records and files both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new staff members.
  • Support the operations team with various projects and initiatives.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with facilities management and ensure the office environment is wellmaintained.
  • Any other reasonable duties assigned by the operations manager.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven administrative experience ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft2 Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
