Job Description
Fields Motorcars of Orlando is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers! Our goal is to provide the best customer experience and create lifelong relationships.

Responsibilities
- Assist with appraising trades
- Writing up trades for reconditioning through workshop following up with advisors and techs to manage best course of action for work to be done.
- Ensuring all preowned cars are kept clean and well presented in the showrooms out front and online
- Working service drive and appointments to find opportunities to purchase inventory
- Working auctions to find inventory
- Managing pricing and updating online writing used vehicle descriptions
- Ensuring CPO requirements are met for inspections advertising and reporting
- Educating sales staff on available inventory
Qualifications
- Dealership management experience
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a peremployment background check & drug screen
- Possess strong communication skills
- Must have a clean & valid drivers license
